"Four dramatic waterfalls through ancient woodland gorges"

About

The Ingleton Waterfalls Trail is one of England's most spectacular walks, following two river valleys through ancient limestone gorges. The 8.5-mile circular route passes four breathtaking waterfalls — Pecca Falls, Thornton Force, Beezley Falls, and Snow Falls — surrounded by twisted roots, mossy boulders, and some of England's oldest rocks. The trail is well-marked but adventurous, with wooden bridges and steps carved into the rock face.

Highlights

Thornton Force — 14m dramatic plunge waterfall
Beezley Falls triple cascade
Ancient fossil beds and limestone pavements
Riverside picnic spots under woodland canopy
Village of Ingleton with cosy pubs
